Silk Naturals Review + Swatches

SilkNaturals (4)

Happy Hump Day everyone!!! I’m coming at you with another Silk Naturals Haul (oops…). Alrighty let’s get into it because this was a bit extensive…

Here’s what I picked up!

SilkNaturals

Sunny Highlighter – Just a lovely yellow toned highlight! It’s very brightening. I really love this on the inner corner of the eyes as well. This is a built up swatch but you can obviously dust this lightly on the cheek bones for a subtle highlight.

Fluff Highlighter – This is a lovely pink, cool-toned highlight. Again this is built up but you don’t need to wear it like this. I absolutely love these highlights. They’re really glowy without being glittery. Gorgeous! Oh, and did I mention super affordable?

I really loved the first foundation sample I ordered (N40) so I wanted to test out a few different shades and just play with them a bit. I was hoping C50 would be dark enough to contour with but no cigar. Perhaps C60 or C70 would be better. I really do like this foundation. Especially for the price it’s just a really great buy!

I also picked up a sample of the #2 HD concealer. This is really good but a bit too light! It covers well, very creamy and lasts all day. I definitely need a darker shade but this is good for brightening the under eye area.

After initially trying Bustier and absolutely loving the formula, I decided I needed more shades! All of these shades are in their Velvet Matte formulation. They’re really creamy and matte without being drying on the lips.

Inferno – a bright, warm toned red that will be absolutely perfect for summer!

Rose – this is a deep rose that is so gorgeous. I can’t wait to wear this, it’s just the perfect shade for spring!

Garter – a very cool-toned light pink that just livens up the complexion! I absolutely love this one for everyday!

Bustier – a deep neutral nude that looks absolutely lovely with a smokey eye!

These eyeshadows were just some beautiful little extras that were included with my order!

Magpie (small bagged sample) – A pretty blue with gold/silver reflect!

Bunny (an original shadow included with orders over $15 shades vary from week to week) – A simple shimmering white that will look lovely on the brow bone or inner corners of the eyes.

School Girl (a randomly selected eyeshadow included with purchases over $35) – This is an absolutely lovely pinky matte shade. Absolutely perfect for the crease! So glad this was included in my order!

Phew, that was a long one. Sorry guys. Except, not sorry, that’s what you’re here for right? We all love a bit of a haul and swatch fest! Are there any favorites that you guys have from Silk Naturals? Let me know down in the comments! I truly hope you are all having a lovely week!

Isn’t it pretty! It’s such a vibrant red! The School Girl Eyeshadow is really good! It blends so nicely and it’s just the perfect transition color!
