I decided to do something a bit different for this color wheel challenge. Complimentary colors are those that are directly across from one another on the color wheel. I decided on a golden-green for the eyes and then a pinky-red for my lips. It’s definitely a bit of an intense look but I enjoyed creating it!
To create this look I used my Lorac Pro 2 Palette and Makeup Geek Shadow in Hammered. This is one of those slap dash eye looks that honestly doesn’t take much skill. I placed dark shadow on the outer corners of my eyes and brought that color into the crease.
Once I liked the shape I created then came the fun part. I packed green shadow onto the ball of the lid, stepped back and then said, more. I used a combination of Colourpop Hammered which has an almost tacky finish and then packed the shade Jade from the Lorac Pro 2 Palette on top. More is more.
For the lips I used a combination of NYX lipliner in Fruit Punch with Nars Cruella on top. As I go through these challenges I am slowly noticing holes in my collection. But I’ll go through that when all the challenges are complete. 2 more challenges to go!!!
