My Bed Time Must-Haves

DSC_0991My nightstand is filled with a combination of candles, books and cosmetics. However, there are always three things on my nightstand that I enjoy using nightly.

I feel like it’s not necessary that I wax poetic about Nuxe Reve de Miel. This particular jar is the 20th anniversary yellow jar. If you are a regular follower of beauty blogs you know it’s great. I buy mine from Feelunique because it’s actually a bit cheaper than picking it up anywhere in the States. If you just can’t wait some Walgreens seem to carry it so you may want to check there!

The Badger Cuticle Care not only smells delicious but works wonders. I wash my hands a lot at work so my cuticles take a beating. Shea butter based cuticle care soaks in over night and I wake up with nice soft fingers.

I spend most of the day looking through microscopes and staring at screens so by the end of the day a headache is pretty normal. I like to slather Badger Headache Soother on my temples and neck. It is so soothing and cooling that I fall asleep almost instantly. It also smells like peppermint and lavender so I’m sold. I can’t seem to locate the balm on their website but they do have this scent in a roll on formula. They also sell a Sleep Balm that smells of lavender and bergamot that I clearly need.

I have already raved about this Voluspa candle so I will link that post here.

For my science lovers you may be interested in the book seen above. It is titled Your Inner Fish by Neil Shubin. I really recommend it, it’s a fantastic read. Perfect for anyone with an interest in science and awesomeness. Enjoy!

You know I love my Badger Balms! I have the lavender bergamot sleep variety, and it’s all the smelly goodness of lavender and a cup of earl grey in a balm. So disappointed to see that Ulta doesn’t seem to carry the brand anymore…

I know! At least you can order it online though 🙂
