The Nail Polish I Can’t Stop Wearing

We all have our weak spots. Mine happens to be neutral, mauvey-purple nail polishes. I can’t seem to stop buying them! I see them in the store and I’m like wow, I could really use a color like that! I bring it home, all happy with myself, look at my nail polish rack and see that it’s the 7th mauvey-purple I own.

So when is it worth it to pick up another one? When it’s the most amazing formula, color, and packaging you will ever find that’s when!

Marc Jacobs Beauty Enamored Hi-Shine Nail Lacquer in Delphine. Sephora describes it as an opaque smoky purple gray. The formula is absolutely gorgeous. On the first coat things are a bit patchy and worrisome but on the second coat everything looks absolutely glossy and almost gel-like. The color on the nail is true to that of the bottle and lasts for absolutely ages with no chips and no tip wear. If you have some spare funds or a Sephora gift card I highly recommend this nail polish…even if you already own 7 mauvey-purples. Totally worth it.

The print behind the nail polish is by illustrator Sarah Ryan, made in Pennsylvania and absolutely adorable. Check it out here.

What’s your favorite nail polish color that you can’t stop buying? Are their any other purples that I need in my life?

A beautiful post by a beautiful lady! One of my first was a hand-me-down of OPI’s “Tickle My France-y,” and I wore it until the brush stood up in the bottle.
